2 Design Development
We're getting into the details! We're drawing the space layout, architectural or interior drawings, and interior and exterior elements. If you don't have a clear vision, don't worry – our team will guide you to the final solution.
3 Final Project Plans
In the next phase, we will provide you with design drawings and plans. This will be the final phase of the design process. We want to ensure that you like all the details and agree with the concept.
4 Construction Start
Demolition has begun, all plans are approved, and permits have been obtained… now it's time to build. You will arrange all further steps with our supervisor.
5 Project Completion
Upon completion of the work, our project manager and supervisor will walk you through the renovated space to ensure you are satisfied with the renovation or refurbishment. We will strive to correct any shortcomings you discover during the final inspection. We will then provide you with a 2-year warranty on our workmanship.
